The Battery Wall is a testament to the rich History of Colonial New York, the strategic importance of the Battery during that era. The goal was to create a way finding system that’s fictional & elevated the rich history of Colonial New York and a tribute to the thousands of American servicemen who died in the Atlantic Ocean during WWII

From the Ground up 

the Battery Park is entirely build over landfill and it’s where the New York City began. 




Brick by Brick 

the Battery brick wall was the oldest man-made structure still in place in Manhattan which mark the origins of New York city.

for American who died in the Atlantic in WWII
